Doctor's conclusions are unfavorable: the virus has mutated, the old antidote is not affective any longer, and all operation members will have to remain at the base forever. "Paragraph 78 of Expedition Charter" comes into affect. It states that "in case the problem cannot be eliminated and it still possesses danger, the object is to be liquidated". They are all destined to die, but not before turning into crazy, blood craving mutants. The soldiers come up with an idea of ending their lives in the most honorable way possible in this situation- while they are still in their right mind and bodies, they will start hunting each other down, eliminating themselves one by one. The fight has to begin right away, as they only have a couple of hours before the virus hits them. But even in this tough moment, they can't escape emotional contradictions between brother-soldiers.
